What makes this retreat different
This retreat stands out from one-off ceremonies or weekend immersions, because it’s an extended length of time, which allows for deeper reflection, chill, and integration time, as well as more time to connect with community, and the land and lake! We believe that integration is 80% of the work, which is why we have many extra days between all ceremonies, with added integration activities like sharing circles, saunas, sound healings, and more!
Another thing that really stands out, and why people love sitting with us so much, is that we infuse joy, fun and playfulness into each ceremony. We take this work very seriously, with much sacredness, respect and reciprocity, and focused awareness when needed. That being said, we love being playful at times to lighten the mood and show our humanness and the enjoyment of life!
What's included
Three nourishing meals a day (may be less for ceremony days), comfy accommodation (tenting, dorm or private), all medicine ceremonies, all integration circles and activities, and extra workshops to open our voices and connect with our HeartSong! Additional offerings throughout the retreat
This retreat is more than just a few ceremonies! We carefully craft every aspect in between to give you a well-rounded holistic healing experience. We believe integration is key, which is why we include extra activities to ground in the lessons: group integration circles, meditation, yoga, sound healing, sacred saunas, plant baths, a song study, and many more little offerings worked in as we go.
Integration circles
Each person shares their process, the medicine, any challenges or breakthroughs, and how to carry it forward. Extra integration time is the gift of a week like this!
Meditation & yoga
Bring the medicine fully into our bodies so we can use it outside of ceremony. Stillness, presence, and a beautiful way to feel good between the long sits.
Sacred sauna
In our sauna we practice silence, singing and praying. A perfect way to practice songs and get into a natural trance state. It’s also a beautiful way to sweat out any toxins and release any lingering energy from the ceremonies. Leave feeling reborn, refreshed and revitalized!
Sound healing
Hawk holds a 2-hour sound ceremony ~ gongs, bowls, flutes, handpan, and some fun surprises! A relaxing, sober way to rest and receive.

This is a HeartSong Medicine Retreat! Opening your voice to share your medicine and magick, whether you speak, sing, or pray, and how to carry the songs with reverence.
A sound journey with Hawk
Full Sound Healing Journey ~ HeartSong LIVE session. Gongs, bowls, flutes, handpan… a relaxing, sober way to rest and receive.
How the week unfolds
A sketched rhythm. The land and the group still get a say! Cup-by-cup ceremony flow lives on the ayahuasca and huachuma pages.
The week
Day 1
Arrive
Opening prayers and a fire ceremony. Land, meet the circle, settle in.
Day 2
Ayahuasca ~ night 1
Meditation and yoga, medicine orientation, then the first sit with Grandmother.
Day 3
Ayahuasca ~ night 2
Integration circle, yin yoga with a sound bath, then a second night: more voice, more joy, more HeartSong!
Day 4
Rest and cleanse
Self practice, integration, sacred sauna and a plant bath.
Day 5
Huachuma hike
Meditation and qi gong, then Grandfather on the mountain ~ about 10am to 10pm ~ elemental altars and the sacred fire. Sauna after.
Day 6
Song and sound
Self practice, integration, HeartSong song study, and sound healing.
Day 7
Close with cacao
Yoga, a final integration circle, closing cacao at the fire, and an open share song circle.
Day 8
Depart… or stay!
Morning yoga and meditation. Leave, or book on as a guest if you want more land time.

All-night fire prayer
Our bonus huachuma night around the sacred fire, sunset to sunrise: praying, singing, dancing, connecting with the elements. WOW, the sunrise will be the most magical moment!
Jahendo, Sunny & Malakai
Jahendo, Sunny, and Malakai are best friends and have been holding space in many ceremonies together for the last few years. Their deep friendship and love for each other vibrates out into any healing space they’re in. A fourth woman dear to the farm’s heart joins the full week, and each ceremony has extra helpers to guide with a lot of love, care, and beautiful music.
Jah and Sunny hold farm ceremonies year-round: more of their story lives on the Ceremonies page. This week they are joined by Malakai, a ceremonialist, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and a grounding force. He has been supporting medicine ceremonies for years, sat dieta in the Amazon with indigenous elders, and has been part of the farm since 2016 in many roles: leadership, art, songs, creativity. He loves to weave mystical soundscapes!
Option to add on wellness offerings from our wellness staff: massage, reiki, 1-on-1 qi gong, and more. Those sit on top of the retreat fee.
