2-week Spaceholder & Ceremonial Facilitation Immersion

Usual daily rhythm
A balance of healing rituals, experiential ceremonies, spaceholding lessons, and time to share your gifts. Plenty of spaciousness for integration and personal practice. Schedule may vary based on the flow!

7am
Meditation / yoga
Hatha, Vinyasa, Bhakti, Kundalini, Yin + sound, Medicine Wheel yoga, and more.
10:30am
Music / spaceholding workshop
Medicine songs, sound healing, rhythm, spaceholding downloads.
3:30pm
Sacred space, specialty workshops, or the ceremony of the day
Cacao, song circle, breathwork, lectures, ecstatic dance…
7pm
Evening ceremony
Sound journey, fire, temescal, cacao, manifestation, shamanic healing, and more.
Week 2
You hold the space
The first stretch is led by our facilitators. Then the last few days open for each participant to practice teaching a workshop or holding a ceremony, with in-person feedback from the community and facilitators!
Optional plant medicine is woven into the journey. Optional San Pedro hike is offered a couple of days after the training, extra cost.

Honoring the Peruvian Medicine Wheel
Our journey follows four transformational cycles, to awaken your gifts and embody your role as a ceremonial spaceholder.
Cycle 1: Serpent ~ Ground & Cleanse
Grounding rituals and cleansing ceremonies to help you shed old layers and fully arrive in the space.
Cycle 2: Jaguar ~ Empower & Activate
Learn to lead workshops, play instruments, and guide ceremonies with confidence. Includes an optional plant medicine ceremony (included in the price).
Cycle 3: Hummingbird ~ Celebrate & Create
Discover your unique gifts and how to share them! Learn to serve cacao, offer healing, and begin shaping your spiritual business.
Cycle 4: Eagle ~ Lead & Integrate
You’ll co-create a real event open to the lake community and receive supportive feedback. We close with a fire ceremony and integration circle.
Jahendo, Sunny & Zana
Individually these practices are powerful… together they are life-changing.
Jahendo is the founder of HeartSong and co-owner of Mystical Yoga Farm. A devoted student of yoga, sacred song, and earth-based traditions for over a decade, he has been teaching yoga since 2014, facilitating transformational workshops and retreats since 2016, and serving plant medicine since 2017. He weaves medicine music, prayer, movement, FUN and deep ceremonial presence. His greatest joy is encouraging people to share their medicine, music, and magick with confidence. Song circles, elemental alchemy, Medicine Wheel yoga, cacao, hapé, manifestation magick, and what it takes to be a conscious leader.
Sunny is a kind-hearted, Earth-loving, compassion-driven musician and community leader. She found MYF in November 2018 and felt deep in her soul she was meant to be a leader here. Alongside Jahendo she co-founded HeartSong and co-owns the farm ~ the HeartKeeper of MYF. She inspires people to be their most authentic self, to embody their weirdness, AND to honor this uniqueness in everyone they meet. Water blessing, playful yoga, inner child healing, song circles with the feminine, cacao alchemy, and self-love ritual.
Zana Prana is a New Zealand born DJ, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and sonic guide, weaving bass music, live vocals, and intentional sound into deeply immersive experiences. Years of sound journeys, ecstatic dance, and music-and-medicine immersions. She teaches yoga for musicians and facilitators, the architecture of a transformational sound journey, vocal medicine, bass and dance for nervous system regulation, and working with sound as a leadership tool.
