Getting Here
We are located on Lake Atitlan, in Guatemala, in a remote, off-grid location only accessible by boat! The nearest town is Santiago.
From the airport (or Antigua) to the farm
If you’d like a direct shuttle from the airport or Antigua straight to the lake, we recommend our private driver, Antonio. Uber and public transport work too.
It’s around a 3-4 hour drive to Santiago, the closest town to the farm — then a private boat straight to us. Just say “la finca de yoga” to any driver at the dock. The ride is 5-10 minutes with a stunning view of the lake and volcanoes, and should cost about 60Q for up to 5 people (occasionally a driver will try to charge newcomers more — feel free to say no more than 60Q).

Other ways in
Landing before 1pm? You can also take a direct shuttle from the airport to Panajachel, or fly via Antigua and travel onward the next day.
- Airport → Antigua: about 1 hour — easy to arrange through your hotel, a shuttle company, or a taxi at the airport.
- Antigua → Panajachel: about 2.5 hours, shuttles at 8:00am, 12:30pm, and 4:00pm, around $20/150Q.
- From Panajachel: public boat to Santiago (25Q), then a private lancha to the farm (60Q for up to 5 people).

Boat rides around the lake
Once you’re on the water, here’s what to expect.
From Panajachel, a public boat to Santiago runs every half hour until 6pm (Q25/$3 per person) — a private boat costs Q300 and runs until 11pm (straight to the farm, not just Santiago).
From Santiago, ask any boat driver for a private lancha to “la finca de yoga” — it’s a 5-10 minute ride and shouldn’t cost more than Q60. You’ll know you’ve made it when you spot the Grandfather rock and our thatched-roof yoga shala.
- San Pedro → Santiago: Q25
- San Marcos → Santiago: Q35 (via San Pedro, where you may switch boats)
